Dear Parents and Carers,
As we come to the end of another busy and exciting term, we as a team would like to take this opportunity to wish all our pupils, families, and friends of the school a very happy and restful Christmas.
This term has been filled with learning, laughter, and wonderful seasonal celebrations. Our Christmas concerts were wonderful celebrations, and we are extremely proud of the children for their confidence and enthusiasm. Thank you to families for your support and to staff who worked so hard to make these performances possible.
We would also like to extend a huge thank you to our PTA for their continued enthusiasm and commitment. Christmas Craft Day (our Grinch extravaganza) would not have happened in the way it did without their hard work to get the school decorated. Their Christmas fundraising efforts for 'Elfridges' and the Christmas Fair have raised valuable funds that will directly support resources and experiences for our pupils. More on that to come in the New Year! We are extremely grateful to everyone who volunteered their time or contributed in any way — your support makes a real difference.
As the calendar year draws to a close, and on behalf of Mrs Allnutt and myself, I would like to express my sincere thanks to all members of staff for their dedication, hard work, and care throughout the term. From teaching and support staff to office, premises, and lunchtime teams, everyone plays an important role in making our school a happy and nurturing place to be.
Finally, thank you to our families for your ongoing support and partnership. We wish you all a joyful Christmas and a peaceful New Year, and we look forward to welcoming everyone back refreshed and ready for the new term.
Kind regards
Mrs Powlesland
Deputy Headteacher
