Newsletter Term 3-  9th January 2026

Dear Parents and Carers,

We hope you all had a lovely Christmas break.

The children have returned and are settling back in very well. Years 4 and 5 began their swimming lessons this week, which they all thoroughly enjoyed. As a polite reminder, please ensure your child brings a packed lunch on Wednesdays if this was indicated on the swimming consent form.

Please remember to check your emails daily, as we will continue to share important information and updates about upcoming events. We will do our best to keep emails to a minimum, as we understand that too many messages at once can sometimes feel overwhelming.

Thank you for your continued support.

Kind regards

Mrs Allnutt

Headteacher

Sports For Champions UK

We are excited to be hosting an inspirational workshop with Olympic hopeful Roberto Lacourt.

You will all have now received the email that Roberto will be visiting us on the 6th of February 2026. The pupils will benefit from physical activity through a sponsored fitness circuit, an inspirational talk including medal display, and a Q&A session. Roberto needs your help to raise funds for vital training, medical and competition costs. This money will also help your school and other athletes across the country.

The sponsor forms for the fitness circuit event have been emailed home to you for our event at school on the 6th February.

We are very much looking forward to this event, as it is a first for us!
