With this being such a busy term, we thought an extra newsletter would be beneficial to remind you of all the upcoming events that will be taking place.
Weather & clothing for the Summer Term
As we move into the warmer weather, please ensure your child is dressed appropriately for school:
Shoulders must be covered at all times, including both uniform and PE kit. If your child arrives in unsuitable clothing, we will ask that a suitable alternative is provided.
Footwear:
Children must wear school shoes (no Crocs or open-toed shoes). We strongly recommend closed-toe shoes for safety, and socks must always be worn.
Please note: children wearing Crocs or open-toe footwear will have restricted access to certain play equipment for safety reasons.
Sun protection:
We recommend children bring a bucket hat, as caps do not adequately protect the ears and neck.
Children without appropriate sun hats may have their play limited to shaded areas.
Suncream:
Please apply suncream before school in line with our policy. If suncream is brought in for reapplication, it will be stored safely in the classroom.
Coats: Coats are still required on these changeable weather days.
Water Bottles: Must be set in everyday.
Thank you for your support in helping us keep all children safe, comfortable, and ready to learn during the summer term.
Please book school dinners in advance. You can only access Breakfast Club if it is booked in advance. No booking = no access. Both must be booked by midnight the day before. Thank you
